Blue Mountain "source material"

Should SRB2 2.0's Blue Mountain really count as source material for Ring Racers' Blue Mountain maps? As far as I know, none of the RR maps directly reference the SRB2 map in terms of level design, so at this point it's really just the name, which I feel is too thin of a connection to mention.

For me, the overall look of it, the fact that it's unused material (since Ring Racers seems to LOVES using obscure things like that) and the fact that the Encore Mode recolor uses a lot of red (which to me, seems to reference Red Volcano Zone) were all reasons to make me think it was a reference, but if you think all of this is too flimsy I would also understand. --Spongyoshi (talk) 08:00, 13 August 2024 (UTC)
