Talk:Linedef Type 14 - 109
It's kind of pointless, but what's the difference between 270 and 14? –SonicMaster 19:16, 19 November 2007 (PST)
None whatsoever. ~DarkWarrior Talk • Contribs 19:41, 19 November 2007 (PST)
There is none. Actually, as I understand it, both refer to the same special. Linedef type numbers are 1-based, and you can fit 256 of them. Once you specify numbers after 256 (starting with 257 and above), then the specials loop. They're referred to as if they were from 0. For example, 256 + 14 = 270, so 270 does the same thing as 14. The official maps did the same, at one point, to the FOF shadowcasting and non-shadowcasting specials. --Digiku talk 17:06, 20 November 2007 (PST)
I've merged it! –SonicMaster 15:36, 27 November 2007 (PST)
Isn't 270 supposed to be merged with 14? –SonicMaster 18:54, 3 December 2007 (PST)
