Template:Locked talk page

Usage

Place at the beginning of a talk page when it is protected by a staff member so only they can edit it. Parameter one allows you to specify a reason. Parameter two changes the length from "indefinitely" to whatever you set. See also Special:Whatlinkshere/Template:Locked talk page.
