A_MouseThink is an action that was formerly used as the thinker for the mice flickies that are released by certain enemies. The action depletes the actor's reaction time value by 1 every time it is called. Once the reaction time reaches 0 and the actor is on the floor, it will randomly turn either left or right by 90° and then move forward for the duration of the current state. The actor's Speed
property sets the movement speed in fracunits/tic. The actor's reaction time is then reset to 7 so that the process can start anew.
