Thing type 1712, Link Freeze, is a power-upThing used in NiGHTS levels. It should be placed in the center of a circle of rings and/or wing logos. When the player performs a paraloop around that circle, the Link Freeze power-up will become visible and the player may collect it. After collecting it, the player's link will be preserved for the next 15 seconds. The duration is determined by the Object's Speed value, measured in tics. The default value is 15*TICRATE, which results in the 15 second duration. The Z position of this Thing should be equal to that of the circle it is placed in. If the Special flag is checked, the item will only appear if the player has already destroyed the Ideya Capture and is in bonus time. If the Ambush flag is checked, it will be visible and collectible on spawn.
