MAPB4, Eruption Conduit Zone Act 2, is the second act of the second zone in Tortured Planet. It takes place in the lava-filled factory that the player enters in Act 1.

Emblem locations

Sonic

Unless you're a really skilled player, you're likely to drop your rings at least once while trying to get this emblem. At the beginning of the level, take the right path, and when you enter the room with the spinning wheel, turn right. There is a big pipe built into the wall. It has an opening on the underside which can be reached with a group of fans positioned below it. Jump down off the walkway onto the fans (here is where it gets dangerous...you can easily land in the lava by mistake), and use the fans to float up into the pipe. The path goes on for a while. Eventually, you will see a room containing a Crawla Commander, a button that opens up the second end of the pipe which comes out in the huge room with the fourfold path split, and, most notably, Sonic's emblem.

Tails

In the rocky chamber where all the paths join up, the emblem is situated on a ledge on the side of one of the walls. You should find it after a little bit of exploring.

Knuckles

In the area just after the start, go to the side of the room with the box. Climb up the wall, and you'll find a secret path. This path will take you behind the glass lava-dump chambers seen at the start, and to an Attraction Shield. Just after the shield is an opening that you will have to spindash under. You will end up in a room containing a lava tank, a central pipe, and a button. When you press the button, water will pour from the pipe into the lava tank, causing the lava to dissolve. Once the tank is empty, jump into it. The emblem is concealed behind a pipe in the left corner of the tank.
