Non-Ramp Sector

Sector type 14, Non-Ramp Sector, is a sector type which eliminates the step effect that normally occurs for steps of 24 fracunits or less. Without this effect, if the player steps into a sector whose floor height diverges no more than 24 fracunits from the floor of the previous sector, the player will step to the floor of that sector. This allows for stairways. However, if the non-ramp effect is used, the player will not step to the floor of the other sector but rather be blocked or fall through the air like they would for larger steps. This effect can be used to prevent structures with small floor height differences from acting as staircases.
